The principle
Each voting period (quarterly by default) we compute our net profits — revenue minus direct costs (payment fees, AI generation costs, VAT, refunds). 50% of that amount forms the charity pot.

How you vote
Every credit you spend on the platform during the period gives you one vote. The more active you are, the more your voice weighs. You vote for a single eligible charity and can change your mind while the period is open.
How charities are selected
The eligible list is editorially curated by our team. Criteria: legally registered nonprofit, presence on Wikipedia or verifiable official public-benefit status, humanitarian or animal-welfare category, transparent governance, no major documented controversy.
Transparency
When a period closes, the winner and exact amount are published on the Donations page with proof of transfer. Detailed pot calculations are auditable on request.
